Thomas began his career as a Superintendent with one of Louisiana’s largest and most recognizable homebuilders — eventually being tapped to lead all new construction projects in large-scale developments in East Baton Rouge Parish. During this time, he oversaw more than 100 new construction homes — giving him a unique perspective and valuable experience with complex new construction, renovation, and commercial projects.
Thomas has many years of experience in large- and small-scale project management. He leads all residential and commercial construction projects and oversees an experienced network of project managers, tradesmen, subcontractors, and vendors.
Building a new home is a deeply personal experience. I started Kadair Construction to help clients realize their new home. I believe there is no detail too small when creating a home that will stand the test of time and serve as the backdrop for a lifetime of memories. My goal is to build a relationship with my clients before I ever build their home. This allows for an incredible finished product and a great customer experience.
